How does logo customisation work?

We accept PNG, JPG, and SVG files. For best results, provide vector files (SVG) or high-resolution images (300 DPI minimum).

Is there a minimum order for custom branding?

There is no minimum order requirement. Printed items can be ordered individually, and embroidered items are also available with flexible ordering options depending on the product.

How long does custom branding take?

Custom branded orders typically add 5-7 business days to standard delivery times. Rush options are available for an additional fee.

What are the payment terms?

Approved credit accounts receive Net 30 payment terms, meaning payment is due 30 days from invoice date.
