Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
Custom Branded Items: 7-10 business days for printing/embroidery

Shipping Costs

Standard: £9.99 (Free on orders over £100)

If you require a rush order with a next day delivery service, please contact us and we’ll re-calculate delivery costs for you and make the appropriate adjustments.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Additional charges may apply for: Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, offshore locations.

We can arrange international delivery, but shipping costs vary considerably depending on the weight and size of the parcel. International orders also require commodity codes, which differ by country, so we would need to review your order and recalculate the delivery cost accordingly.

Returns Policy

28-Day Returns

We offer a 28-day return policy on non-customised items, provided they are: unused and in original condition, in original packaging with all tags attached, accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

Custom Branded Items

Items with custom branding (logos, embroidery, printing) cannot be returned unless they are: faulty or defective, incorrectly produced, or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Original payment method will be credited. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item: Photograph the damage/fault, contact us within 48 hours, keep all packaging.

We'll arrange collection and send a replacement immediately.

Missing Items

If items are missing from your delivery: Check your delivery confirmation for multiple packages, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate and send missing items.
